Our mission is to provide high-quality employment law services at affordable prices to businesses and other organisations, as well as to individuals.
We're based in Bristol, but we work with clients across England and Wales.
Patch Law was founded in 2012 to offer high-quality and affordable employment law advice to businesses and individuals. Gillian Patch, our principal solicitor, is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients, and for making the process as comfortable as possible. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Gillian ran a commercial department, so she understands the employers' perspective and the need to focus on solutions that make good business sense. Our team now includes several solicitors and paralegals, with a range of specialisms and experience.

We are recognised by the recommendation website Three Best Rated as one of the top three employment law firms in Bristol.
Instructing a solicitor can be a costly process, and it's understandable that many clients are wary of running up large bills. We offer Fixed Fee Initial Advice packages for businesses and individuals which provide prompt, clear and concise legal advice on your issue, while keeping your budget under control.
After reviewing a selection of key documents if applicable, your allocated solicitor will provide practical and relevant advice and guidance. You may find that this is enough for you to be confident managing the issue yourself, or it may confirm that the situation warrants professional involvement. Either way, you'll have the information you need to make the right decision for you.
Thank you so much for such a fast turn around, and efficient & friendly service, Alex has eased what would have been a very stressful situation. Patch Law will be highly recommended by me.
